National Day of Prayer 2018 – Report

God is so good!

God moved in a very special way at the Santa Clarita Community Prayer Gathering on the National Day of Prayer.  There was a sweet spirit of worship, unity, and joy.  It was recognized by many that God began something special on this evening and we look forward to its fruitful development.  Thank you Jesus!

Enjoy this brief video summary of the evening.

Our friends at Church On The Way Santa Clarita have graciously extended an  invitation for City Church Unite to facilitate a Community Prayer Gathering at their facility – 23415 Cinema Dr, Santa Clarita, CA 91355.

We will be gathering as a unified expression of the broader body of Christ at 7:00pm on May 3, 2018 at the Church On The Way – Santa Clarita, to pray for our community and our nation.  Please spread the word to your Church family, Sunday school class, community groups and bible studies.

Prayer brings people together. Prayer builds bridges between opposing persons and even political parties. Prayer reminds us that we are created in God’s image and He desires for us to represent Him everywhere we go. Prayer brings UNITY.  The theme for 2018 is Pray for America – UNITY, based upon Ephesians 4:3 which challenges us to mobilize unified prayer, “Making every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.”

Our hope is that individuals, churches, and spiritual leaders in America, will humbly unify in prevailing prayer for the next great move of God in America. We can come together in clear agreement that this is our greatest need. We can become a visible union, standing together in prayer. We can pray more than ever before, and practice extraordinary prayer for the next great move of God in America that will catapult the message of the gospel nationally and internationally.
