Dick Eastman – Every Home For Christ
Without unity the task is impossible.
Debra and I have loved the ministry of Dick Eastman and Every Home For Christ for over three decades. Every Home for Christ is an international missions organization dedicated to the Great Commission. In over 130 nations, EHC is actively equipping the local church to reach the lost with the Gospel and make disciples. In the last 5 years alone, EHC has reached over 400 million homes and followed-up to disciple over 70 million people who have responded to the Gospel.
In this brief video clip, Dick Eastman shares the Three Unalterable Convictions of Every Home For Christ. Notice the strategic role the unity of the Body of Christ plays in the ministry strategy of EHC. The Church of the City
At the heart of City Church Unite’s message is Jesus’ desire and design for his people to function as a cohesive, unified expression of his Body in their community. Many are surprised to realize that most of the Apostle Paul’s letters are not written to an individual or even a local congregation. They are written to the Church of the City.
Special Ministry Friends
“Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity!” (Psalm 133:1) Recently Debra and I enjoyed a rich evening with three strategic Santa Clarita pastoral couples – Doug and Christa Andersen, Rusty and Lorrie George, and Marty and Debbie Walker (l-r). We shared our testimonies of God’s grace and prayed over each other. I’m excited for what God has in store for our community because of dear couples like these.
Pastors Modeling Unity
Two Santa Clarita CA. Pastors, Rusty George (Real Life Church) and Todd Smith (Crossroads Community Church), model the power and beauty of unity in the Body of Christ. Thank you men. You are my heroes! -TW
Thoughtful Reflections on Unity
The Lord has burdened my heart for the unity of the Body of Christ. Dr. Mac Pier (Movement Day) has written, “There is no greater purpose than to serve instrumentally in helping the body of Christ give witness through its visible unity” – A Disruptive Gospel.
Matt Maher is an award-winning contemporary Christian music artist—you’ve sung his songs at church. He’s also a practicing Roman Catholic and a thoughtful cultural leader. In preparation for the February 2018 Alpha Conference in Phoenix, Matt and Craig Springer (Executive Director of Alpha) began discussing the work of unity. You’ll be moved as you watch some highlights from their conversation.
